Besan Laddu

Ingredients:

Besan – 1 and ½ cup

Sugar – 1 and ½ cup

Ghee – ½ cup

Almonds for garnishing

Cardamom powder – ½ tsp.

Procedure:

In a pan add the ghee bring to a boil,now add the besan and cook it on a medium flame until it changes color (light brown).





Now add the sugar and cardamom powder immediately ,mix it well together on a low flame.




Now transfer it to a clean plate,allow it to cool.



When its warm start making the ladoos.garnish with almonds.




Yummy laddus are ready.

Store it in a airtight container.It lasts for a couple of weeks.
