Potato Masala

Potato Masala:

Ingredients:

Potato – 3 nos.

Ginger – 1  tsp

Mustard seeds- ½ tsp

Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

Green chili – 3 nos.

Coriander for garnishing

Lemon – ½ tsp (optional)

Water – 1 cup

Procedure:

·       Pressure cook the potatoes (2 whistles)

·         In a heated pan add oil, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, green chili.

·         Mash the potatoes coarsely and add it to the pan.

·         Add water to the above mixture cook for 5 mins in a medium flame.

·         Garnish with coriander and serve.
