Coriander Special Chutney

Ingredients:

Coriander Stem – 1 bunch

Red Onion – ½

Tomato – ½

Tamarind – 1 small piece

Asafetida – 1 pinch

Urad dal – 2 tsp

Red Chili – 4 nos.

Oil – 2 Tsp.

Water – ¼ cup

Procedure:

In a heated pan fry asafetida, urad dal, red chili and tamarind.

Once the urad dal turns golden brown add the onion and fry for 2 mins until its golden brown.

Now add the coriander stems, tomato and fry for about 4 mins.

Once it cools off add little water and grind in a mixer to a fine paste.

Yummy chutney is ready to be served with paniyaram.
