Singhare Atta Ke Poori

Ingredients:

Singoda flour – 1 cup

Boiled potato - 1

Water – ¼ cup

Oil – for frying

 Salt – ½ tsp.

Procedure:

In a  bowl mash the potato,add the singoda flour,water,salt and mix to a smooth soft dough.





Now make small  balls flatten it out with a rolling pin.

Fry them in hot oil.




Yummy sighare pooris are ready to be served hot.
