Rava Laddu


Ingredients:

Rava (Sooji) – 1 cup

Sugar – 1 & 1/2 cup

Cardamom powder - 1 pinch

Cashews – 10 nos.

Ghee – ¾ cup

Procedure:

Roast the sooji in a dry heated pan for about 4 mins.Once it cools off grind it along with the sugar in a mixer to a fine powder.

Transfer to a large plate.Now add the cardamom powder and mix well.



In a pan heat the ghee,add cahews roast till it becomes golden brown.



Now add the ghee little by little to the sooji – sugar mixture and start making the balls.




Yummy Rava laddu is ready to enjoy.
