Milk Peda / Doodh peda

Ingredients

Heavy whipping cream – 1 pint

Milk powder – 11/2 cup

Sugar - 11/2 cup

Saffron strands – 1 pinch

Pistachios – 6 nos. for garnishing

Ghee – 4 tsp.

Procedure:

In a large pan add whipping cream, milk powder, saffron strands and cook it in a medium flame until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.







Transfer it to a large bowl and allow it to cool.

When the mixture is warm add the sugar and start making pedas .Grease your hands with ghee otherwise the mixture sticks on to your hand.


Make balls and press them in the center, garnish with pistachios.




Keep them refrigerated and serve. Yummy pedas are ready.
