Pasiyapayaru Sundal / Green Moong Dal


Ingredients:

Pasipayaru / Green Moong Dal – ½ cup

Ginger Chili Paste – 1 Tsp.

Mustard seeds – ½ tsp.

Oil – 2 tsp.

Curry Leaves

Salt – ½ Tsp.

Procedure:

Pressure cook the dal with little water for about 2 whistles.

Drain to take out excess water.



 In a heated pan add oil, mustard seeds, ginger chili paste, curry leaves, salt and the cooked dal.




Cook for about 2 mins, close the heat.

Remove and serve hot.
