Sukiyan

Ingredients:

Urad dal – ½ cup

Rice – 4 tsp

Coconut Poornam – for stuffing

(Poornam  recipe –Look in my sweet kolukattai recipe)

Oil for frying

Procedure:

·         Soak the urad dal and rice separately for 1 hour.In a wet grinder first grind the rice for 2 mins,then add the urad dal then grind by adding water little by little until the dough becomes fluffy.

·         Now make small balls out of coconut poornam dip it into the dough and fry it in the oil.


·         Yummy sukiyan is ready to be served.
