Poha Upma


Poha Upma:


Ingredients:


Poha – 1 cup

Water – 1 cup

Oil for frying

Urad dal – 1 tsp

Green chili -  2 nos.

Curry leaves – 5 nos

 Mustard seeds – ½ tsp

Procedure:


·         Soak the poha in water for 10 mins.

·         In a pan fry the urad dal, mustard seeds, green chili, curry leaves in oil.

·         Add the poha to the pan and cook for 5 mins in low flame.

·         Remove from heat and serve. Hot poha is ready to enjoy.
