Medhu Vada

Ingredients:

Urad dal – 1 cup

Water – ¼ cup (as needed)

Green chili – 2 nos.

Salt – ½ tsp

Oil for frying

Procedure:

·         Soak the urad dal for 1 hour, then grind in wet grinder with green chili by sprinkling water little by little, salt for 15 mins till it becomes fluffy.

(Tips :when you take the batter in your thumb adjust tap it with  another finger it should be in a flying consistency)

·         Now take a Ziploc bag,with the help of water take the batter flatten it with a hole in the center.

·         Once the oil gets heated up fry the vadas and serve it hot .

Note: The dough should not be watery otherwise  it will become difficult to form the proper shape
