Sodhi


Ingredients:

Potato – 2 nos
.
Coconut milk – ½ cup

Water – 1 cup

Green chili – 3 nos.

Curry leaves - 5 nos.

Mustard seeds – ½ tsp.

Oil – 3 tsp.

Procedure:

·       In a pan add oil, once oil gets heated up add mustard seeds, green chili & curry leaves.

·       Peel off the potato skin and chop the potato  into small pieces.

·       Add the potatoes into the pan and fry for 5 mins in medium flame until the potatoes get half cooked.

·       Now add the coconut milk,water cook for another 5 mins then turn off the heat.

Serve hot with Idiyappam.
