Fried Idli Veggie Delite - Kids Special

Ingredients:

Carrots Sliced (round shape)– ½ Cup

Cucumber Sliced (round shape) – ½ Cup

Idli Batter – ½ Cup

Kraft Cheese Singles – 2 Slices.

Oil for frying

Tooth Picks - 10 nos.

Procedure:

Pour the Idli batter into mini Idli plates and steam it for about 10 minutes.

Now fry the mini idlis in hot oil until golden brown.




Cut the cheese into small round shapes.

Now take a tooth and insert the carrot,cucumber,cheese slices. Now insert the fried idli,again carrot,cucumber,cheese slices.




You can create your own pattern.

If you want to make it little spicy,you can sprinkle chat masala on top.

Yummy veggie d elite is ready to served. This is kids all-time favorite lunch box menu.
