Gobi-Aloo dry subji /cauliflower - potato dry curry

Ingredients:

Aloo – 2 nos.

Cauliflower – ½

Green chili – 3 nos.

Coriander for garnishing

Red chili powder – ½ tsp.

Turmeric powder – ½ tsp.

Amchur powder – ½ tsp.

Garam masala – ½ tsp.

Salt  to taste

Oil – 4 tsp.

Procedure:

Peel the potato skin and chop into small pieces.

Now chop the cauliflower florets into small pieces.

In a heated pan add oil,green chili.In a separate bowl add turmeric powder,red chili powder,amchur powder and mix into a thick paste with the help of water.

Now add this mixture to the oil so that it wouldn’t burn.Now add the potato,cauliflower cover and cook in medium flame for about 6 mins.with a fork just press the potato to check if its cooked.



Now add salt,garam masala and cook for another 1 min.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.




Yummy subji is ready to be served with Roti, Puri or Parathas….
