Sabudana Thaleepith

Ingredients:

Sabudana – ½ cup

Boiled potatoes – 2 nos.

Green chili – 2 nos.

Red chili powder – ½ tsp.

Coriander leaves

Salt – ½ tsp.

Peanuts – 5 tsp.

Amchur powder – ½ tsp.

Garam masala – ½ tsp.

Oil for frying

Procedure:

Soak the sabudana for 3 hrs.Now drain the water completely and transfer it to a bowl.

Peel the skin and mash the potatoes.Add the potatoes to sabudana.




Roast the peanutas and grind it coarsely,add this to sabudana mixture as well.

Chop the chili,coriander leaves,add this along with red chili powder,amchur powder,garam masala to the sabudana mixture and mix well.




In a heated Tawa add a teaspoon of oil.Now take the sabudana mixture into small balls in  between your palms or using a Ziploc bag flatten it out.




Put it on the tawa and fry until golden brown on both sides.




Yummy sabudana thaleepith is ready  to  be served.
