Ingredients:
Semiya
– 1 cup
Vegetables
of your choice – (carrot, peas, onion, beans)
Green
chili – 2 nos.
Mustard
seed – ½ tsp
Oil
for frying – 2 tsp
Water
– 11/2 cup
Curry
leaves – 4 nos.
Procedure:
1.In a pan fry the green chili,mustard seeds,curry leaves,vegetables for 2 mins.
2.Now
add the water to this and cook for 5 mins till it comes to a boil.
3.Roast
the semiya in 1 tsp of oil if it’s not roasted.
4.Now
add the semiya to the boiling water and cook for 3 mins in a flame less than medium.
5.Remove
from the heat and enjoy.
