Coriander chutney





Ingredients


Coriander – ½ bunch
Grated Coconut – ½ cup

Mustard seeds – ½ tsp.

Oil for frying

Tamarind – 1 small piece

Salt – ½ tsp.

Water – ¼ cup

Procedure:

In a mixer grind coriander, coconut, tamarind and salt together with water to a fine paste.

In a pan fry the mustard seed until it cracks in the oil. Add this to the coriander chutney.

Yummy coriander chutney is ready to be served with idli,dosa...
