Squash Curry:
Ingredients:
Squash
– 2 nos.
Turmeric
powder- ½ tsp
Red
chili powder – 1 tsp
Amchur
powder – ½ tsp
Coriander
powder – ½ tsp
Oil
for frying – 4 tsp
Cumin
seeds – ½ tsp
Coriander
leaves for garnishing
Water-1
cup
Procedure:
·
Chop the squash into small pieces.
·
In a heated pan add oil. Once the oil
gets heated up add cumin seeds.
·
In a small bowl take 3 tsp of water add
turmeric powder, red chili powder, amchur powder and mix it well.
·
Now add the above mixture to the heated
oil and cook for 3 mins in medium flame.
·
Add the squash pieces and water to the pan,
cook for 10 mins in medium flame until the squash gets cooked.
·
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
